Founded in 1995, Hangzhou Fuxing Silk Factory is a specialized manufacturer and trader of silk products, ready-made clothes and silk floss quilt and clothing, with "Fuxing Hangzhou silk gauze" as registered trademark. As the only manufacturing enterprise in Hangzhou city in traditional methods, Fuxing adopts inherited traditional method to produce Hangzhou silk gauze. This method was developed 380 years ago and was assessed and approved as "real traditional method of China" by experts in China Silk Museum, with such evaluation of "excellent technique and quality". Now, our products are highly appraised by trade co***nies, even including several century-old shops such as "Ruifuxiang" and "Qiantaixiang", etc. Hangzhou silk gauze has been recorded s since Song Dynasty. It is made of 100% natural silk and active dyestuffs from plants, thus is one kind of environment-friendly and safe products. Covering an area of over 10,000sqm, Fuxing is working hard on the promotion of cultural value of Hangzhou silk gauze, the protection and recovery of other traditional gauze fabrics. We believe in that Hangzhou silk gauze will enjoy a brilliant future soon! The weaving method of Hangzhou silk gauze has been approved as "national intangible cultural heritage" by State Council, P. R., China, and we are working hard on the application of "global intangible cultural heritage" for this method.
